Two night minimum required for weekends.
Three night minimum required for holidays.
Four night minimum required for the Merlefest Event & Thanksgiving Week/Weekend.

Please note that occupancy cannot exceed 8 persons - including children of all ages.

Arrivals and Departures are not permitted on the following days:

Easter, Sunday, March 23, 2008
Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2008
Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, 2008
Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25, 2008

Reservation Information:

Select the dates of your choice then contact us by telephone or e-mail to check availability. A 50% advance
rental payment (of the base rental amount) plus the processing fee is required upon placing your reservation. The balance (remaining 50% of the base rental amount & any applicable taxes) to be paid 30 days prior to check-in date. For reservations made 30 days or less from arrival date full amount due at time of placing reservation (with credit card).

Payment Methods:

Master Card, Visa, and American Express credit cards are accepted for payment and are
also required for the Damage/Security Deposit which is pre-authorized.

RATES - Effective April 1, 2008:

Endless View @ Cedar Crossing:
$200/nightly - $1,100/weekly

All reservations are subject to any applicable taxes & processing fee.
Processing Fees: 1-2 nights = $55.00, 3-4 nights = $65.00, 5-7 nights = $75.00
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's additional $10.00 processing fee.
Damage/Security deposits are pre-authorized with credit card.
Rentals include all linens, basic departure cleaning, & propane gas for grill.

Holidays, Special Events & October Weekends:

Rates for Martin Luther King Jr. week/weekend, Valentine's Day week/weekend, President's Day week/weekend, Easter/Spring break week/weekend, Merlefest (Special Event), Memorial Day week/weekend, Fourth of July week/weekend, Labor Day week/weekend, Columbus Day week/weekend & all October Weekends are an additional $25.00 per night or an additional $100.00 for a week.

Rates for Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Year's week are an additional
$25.00 per night or an additional $150.00 for a week. 
Holiday rate for Thanksgiving week begins on Sunday, November 23, 2008 and
ends on Sunday, November 30, 2008.
Holiday rate for Christmas/New Year's weeks begins on Friday, December 19, 2008 and
ends on Sunday, January 4, 2009.
