(That brings the nightly rate down to $157 per night +

Weekly rates are valid for group sizes up to 8.

become available and are on a first come basis.
Must mention special to receive discount (before your Vacation Rental Agreement &
invoice is processed), once your reservation has been processed we can not apply the discount.
