The lower level has ceilings that are 10 feet tall continuing the spacious feeling of the upstairs and has 2 bedrooms that share a bath. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. This level also offers a gameroom/playroom which features an air hockey game table to occupy the kids and a TV/DVD player, as well as a CD player. The sofa opens into a queen size bed if needed. There is a covered porch on this level which features a hot tub for those relaxing moments.

River Ridge features paved roads, easy access, peaceful settings & mountain views. Guests are invited to take a peaceful and scenic walk down the River Walk Trail, an easy walking trail which parallels the New River. When walking along this trail please be respectful to the property owners & their property.

Plan a picnic by the New River, guests can park their vehicles, take a short stroll down the path which leads to the river. This path runs along the Christmas tree farm, the fragrance of the trees will have you thinking Christmas year round. Guests are welcome to use the picnic table as well as the campfire ring, while taking in the beauty of the New River.
