We maintain an aggressive presence on the Internet, optimizing our websites with an in-house program, which continually analyzes the position of our websites in the various search engines in order to achieve maximum results.

We maintain Internet links and cooperative advertising arrangements with over 115 websites relating to the travel and tourism industry.

We purchase numerous ads in travel and tourism related print media and newspaper & radio ads when and where we know we can achieve desired results.

We distribute 8,000 - 10,000 full color brochures annually through various tourism-related organizations.

We will continue to expand our marketing efforts as our property management clients increase in order to achieve the highest occupancy levels possible in an ever changing and increasingly competitive market. However, we believe that even with all of the aforementioned advertising efforts, the best advertisement has and always will be the "word of mouth" recommendation, which is given by a customer who has had a positive experience. We have found that not only will this customer return, they will tell many of their friends & family who will then plan a trip to one of our facilities, and also tell their friends & family.
